hey tumblr it’s been a while but I had to return in light of the news that Jodie is leaving Doctor Who in 2022. I’m gutted as I’ve absolutely adored her era and everything her doctor has stood for, but as always I’m looking forward to whatever comes next and I hope everyone on here is coping okay with the news 💔💙

I can’t believe it’s been 7 years since this wonderful, stunning woman died. I loved The Sarah Jane Adventures growing up and among over things I have this show to thank for my love of Doctor Who. It is no mistake that Sarah Jane Smith was so deeply loved across generations of fans and that is all down to Lis and the incredible presence that she has brought to both DW and SJA.
So, for another year…
Goodbye, my Sarah Jane.

I want to talk about Revolution of the Daleks but reports have been coming out that Jodie might be quitting the show and I can’t stop thinking about it. There’s no reliable sources so far and the BBC has refused to comment but I’m crossing my fingers that it isn’t true, especially considering how Jodie only recently spoke about how much she loves the role and how she doesn’t even want to think about what’s next.
